The happy mix of dance, pop and indie that made Friendly Fires a student household name hasn’t aged a day

Friendly Fires are finally back on tour to showcase their new album Inflorescent (their first in 8 years) which was released back in August.

Inflorescent is much more direct, in part inspired – lyrically at least – by reconnecting with the hardcore records they’d bonded over as teenagers.

Friendly Fires have announced details of their long-awaited third album. Inflorescent, the follow-up to 2011’s Pala will be released 16th August via Polydor Records.
