“tinted green” follows Powfu’s recent collab with DVBBS on the single “Losing Sleep” and is also his first new track following the June 2021 release of his EP drinking under the streetlights, which featured an array of different artists including Travis Barker. With over 10 million monthly listeners on Spotify, Powfu continues to evolve through each release, displaying his artistry through relatable lyricism and melodious versatility. His double Platinum hit song “death bed (coffee for your head) has accumulated over 2 billion streams to date. The infectious song solidified Powfu as an artist to watch, positioning him as one of the pioneers bringing the lo-fi genre to the mainstream.
