Breaking pop act Thomas Headon has revealed his brand-new single Loving You, out now via London based artist services company Platoon. The Loving You release is a two-track single that also features the intro track I’m Finally In Love.
Speaking about the single release, Thomas said:
‘Loving You is like the birthing of something really new to me. As much as I’m super proud of the music I’ve made before this, I feel like what I enjoy and my taste has grown drastically. I’m inspired by a lot more things than I used to be and way more willing to get out of my comfort zone too, musically and just as a person. The song kinda stems from this girl just plainly not being interested in me, a lot of what I’m writing right now comes from there. Along with that this song is super visual to me, I can picture exactly what it looks like without the lyrics having to describe anything specific. It’s pretty, that’s what I really like about it.’
Loving You is the follow up to Thomas’ recent EP The Greatest Hits, which was released in March this year and featured the lead single Butterflies, the video to which features more than 100 fan made short videos within it.
Thomas Headon has received great support across a range of playlists from Spotify (New Music Friday, Lorem, Front Left & Our Generation) and has amassed more than 10 million streams across all platforms to date.
Nineteen-year-old Thomas was born in London, before his family moved to Melbourne, Australia when he was five. As a teenager, he started posting covers on YouTube which have helped him to build a dedicated, international fan base. Thomas is set to play his first London show to a sold-out, 800 capacity O2 Academy Islington audience later in the year.
Thomas’ new two-track single Loving You is out now via Platoon and he will be releasing more new music in the coming months.
