This weeks Christmas Singles and Album round-up. From Michael Ball and Alfie Boe to Poppy you can find them all below.

1. Dion release ‘Hello Christmas’ feat Amy Grant.

Dion releases a new Christmas single ‘Hello Christmas’ featuring backing vocals by six-time GRAMMY® winner Amy Grant. The song was written by Dion along with Mike Aquilina who co-wrote many of songs that are heard on Blues With Friends and is released today on KTBA Records.

2. Poppy shares ‘I Won’t Be Home For Christmas’

Post-genre art and music visionary Poppy has shared a new single “I Won’t Be Home For Christmas” in anticipation of a fast impending new four song EP A Very Poppy Christmas, out December 1 from Sumerian Records. The EP represents yet another unexpected pivot for the boundlessly creative artist, trading in the bombast of her recent album I Disagree for an intimate lo-fi recording of hushed melancholia evoked by the season, imbibed with her characteristically indelible earworm vocal melodies.

3. Goo Goo Dolls release ‘Christmas All Over Again’

Goo Goo Dolls have debuted a brand-new lyric video for their cover rendition of Tom Petty’s holiday classic “Christmas All Over Again”. Filled with an array of retro home video footage, the piece elicits nostalgic memories of the Christmas season.

This follows their recently released lyric video for ‘Hark! The Herald Angels Sing’ which reminisces about Christmas in New York City, with picturesque winter scenes and yuletide decorations adorning the city – watch it  HERE.

“Christmas All Over Again” & “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing” are featured on the band’s first-ever festive album It’s Christmas All Over (Warner Records), available now via all digital streaming platforms HERE. The record is packed with iconic songs such as “Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas,” “Let It Snow” and a brand-new original track “This Is Christmas.” All three songs currently rank in the top 40 at AC radio in the USA.

4. Michael Ball and Alfie Boe ‘Together at Christmas’ out now.

They’re back! Just in time for the festive season! The nation’s favourite and most-loved musical duo Michael Ball and Alfie Boe join forces again for a magical new album ‘Together at Christmas’, out on Decca Records on 20th November. They also announce a UK Arena tour in 2021, including a date at London’s O2 Arena on 19th December 2021. Tickets for the tour are on sale now at www.LiveNation.co.uk.

The record has everything you could want from a Christmas album, and more. The pair breathe new life into favourites such as ‘It’s Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas’, ‘Silent Night’ and ‘Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas’, to name a few. Gregory Porter joins on ‘The Christmas Song’, and the duo perform the heart-warming ‘My Christmas Will Be Better Than Yours’ – a brand new original song.

5. MABEL releases Christmas double-A-side

Mabel has released a new double-A-side consisting of her own Christmas future-classic, ‘Loneliest Time of Year’, and a brand new, stripped-back recording of ‘I’ll Be Home For Christmas’.

‘Loneliest Time Of Year’ was written alongside close collaborators (including MNEK) last year, but has found extra resonance for Mabel and her fans in an emotionally-charged twelve months. Wrapping twinkling R&B and gospel melodies up with Mabel’s richly soulful voice, the track takes a lifelong love of Destiny’s Child’s ‘8 Days Of Christmas’ and pairs it with a rawly emotive lyric on the holidays, and mental health. The re-release is partnered with an equally timely cover ‘I’ll Be Home For Christmas’, in which Mabel puts her own gorgeous twist on a Christmas standard.

It has, despite everything, been a remarkable twelve months for Mabel, who was crowned Best British Female at this year’s BRIT Awards

6. Jamie Cullum shares festive album ‘The Pianoman At Christmas’

The multi platinum-selling musician and multi-instrumentalist Jamie Cullum today unveils his festive collection The Pianoman At Christmas . The new album is out now via Island Records.

Jamie appears on the album cover with his wife, the author Sophie Dahl, creating a cinematic and timeless image in collaboration with the photographer Jane Hilton.
