The Snuts, have released their new track, ‘Coffee & Cigarettes’. The track is taken from their forthcoming ‘Mixtape EP’ out 13th March on Parlophone Records. The band also bring their raucous live set back in April with a run of UK and Ireland dates, including a show at London’s Kentish town Forum on April 30th.
Recorded in Los Angeles and produced by Inflo (Karen O / Danger Mouse, Michael Kiwanuka, Little Simz), ‘Coffee & Cigarettes’ is a rattling old-school rock anthem, perfect to soundtrack a 50s-dance hall. Initially inspired by a Bob Dylan track, Jack said of the track “it’s a song that celebrates the simpler things in life” he continues “It is pretty evident we were keen to push the boundaries of our songwriting with this track”.
