The beloved charity, Teenage Cancer Trust, is thrilled to announce its 25th anniversary concert series at the Royal Albert Hall, featuring a lineup that blends the worlds of music, comedy, and digital influence.
TikTok sensation and podcast host, GK Barry, steps into the spotlight as the new ambassador for Teenage Cancer Trust, set to perform on Saturday, March 29, 2025. Alongside her, the week-long event will host performances by legendary bands and artists including The Who, The Corrs, James Arthur, and a special punk rock night with Frank Carter and members of the Sex Pistols. Comedian Micky Flanagan will lead the comedy night on Tuesday, March 25.
The series kicks off on Monday, March 24, with a punk rock celebration, featuring Frank Carter alongside Paul Cook, Steve Jones, and Glen Matlock of the Sex Pistols, supported by Kid Kapichi and The Molotovs. The Who will grace the stage on Thursday, March 27, and Sunday, March 31, with special guests Level 42. The Corrs, known for their unique blend of pop and Celtic music, perform on Friday, March 28. James Arthur, fresh from releasing his sixth album ‘PISCES’, will perform on Wednesday, March 26.
To celebrate this milestone, artist Jamie Hewlett has reimagined his iconic Teenage Cancer Trust logo, embodying the theme ‘TEEN SPIRIT’ with vibrant, youthful energy.
Tickets go on sale at 9am on Friday, January 31, 2025, and are expected to sell out quickly. This series not only promises unforgettable performances but also supports vital cancer care for young people across the UK. Since its inception in 2000, these concerts have raised over £34 million, funding specialized nurses, hospital units, and support services.
The Ultimate Backstage Experience will once again provide young cancer patients with an exclusive, memorable experience at the concerts, offering them a chance to enjoy the music and support from the best seats in the house.
