Two legends of the 80’s Spandau Ballet’s Steve Norman and T’Pau’s Carol Decker have come together to record their version of the Christmas classic ‘White Christmas’. Steve and Carol share lead vocals and the single also features a sax solo by Steve. The track is available on all platforms now.

“I was offered the chance to record a Xmas single in an 80s style and I grabbed it with both hands. I’ve always celebrated Xmas and all its make believe and the bringing of people together. But I didn’t feel like doing the single on my own, for me a duet would be much more fun. That person had to be Carol. Not only is she a fabulous singer, she still gives it edge, and she’s also my mate, so off we went to Berlin to record our vocals. It was a very creative and pleasant experience. Chapeau to the recording team for its authenticity, the song sounds like it was lifted from an 80s Xmas movie.” Steve Norman

“I was contacted by my dear friend Steve Norman about duetting with him on the classic Christmas song White Christmas. I jumped at the chance as I’ve never recorded a Christmas song before and Steve is such a talented guy. I knew it would be excellent I’m absolutely delighted with the mix. It’s got a lovely 80s retro feel to it and it’s definitely a wonderful interpretation of a great classic.” Carol Decker
