Baltimore-based singer, songwriter, and guitar prodigy Snail Mail, the moniker of 20-year-old Lindsey Jordan, has re-issued her breakout EP, Habit, available now digitally, with the physical version coming out on August 30. The re-mastered EP contains its six original songs, including fan-favorite single, ‘Thinning’, as well as Snail Mail’s cover of Courtney Love’s ‘The 2nd Most Beautiful Girl In The World’, an alternative version of which was previously only available as an Amazon exclusive. Habit, was Matador Records’ introduction to Jordan’s standout vocals, lyrics, technical skills, and compositions that led to their signing of Snail Mail, right around her 18th birthday in 2017.
ICYMI, Snail Mail contributed an original song to EA Games’ latest installment of The Sims, ‘The Sims 4: Living Island’, which came out last Friday. ‘Rizbeen’ is an original new recording of Snail Mail hit, ‘Pristine’, with the lyrics (HERE) translated into Simlish.
