Fresh from another Top 3 smash hit single with ‘Bed’, RAYE returns with the glorious ‘Call On Me’.
Co-written by Raye and produced by Billen Ted, ‘Call On Me’ is another sure-fire smash hit pop/dance banger that fans of RAYE’s first class song writing are sure to devour this Summer.
RAYE says: “I wrote this song on a day when my sister was going through something pretty intense, and I was so heartbroken for her.
I basically wrote this song for her. The lyrics say just call my phone when you’re not ok and I’m gonna be there, help you fix everything that is broken and take care of you.”
RAYE has had two Top 5 hits in the last few months with both ‘Bed’, her collaboration with Joel Corry, and ‘Secrets’ with DJ Regard, which was also nominated for a 2021 BRIT Award for ‘Best British Single’.
‘Bed’ has been in the Official Charts Top 10 for nine consecutive weeks, and has been certified Silver in the UK. As has RAYE’s collab with D Block Europe ‘Ferrari Horses’ as it spent several weeks in the Top 20 UK Official Singles Chart. Her single ‘Tequila’ with Jax Jones and Martin Solveig received over 126 million streams worldwide and was certified Gold in the UK. ‘Regardless (Ft Rudimental)’ continues to stream well internationally, approaching 80 millions streams worldwide.
She has recently appeared on both Radio 1’s Live Lounge, Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway. November 2020 saw RAYE delight fans with the surprise release of her mini album ‘Euphoric Sad Songs’, a 9 track project explaining the nine stages of grief when a relationship ends.
