Derry, Northern Ireland melodic punk newcomers PARKER are pleased to return with their new single ‘Problems’, set for release on 12th September 2022.
Produced by Cahir O’Doherty (New Pagans, Fighting With Wire, Jetplane Landing) the new single is packed full of pathos and comes armed with an anthemic, melodic singalong chorus, destined to be a future live fan favourite.
Commenting on the track, singer and guitarist Dylan Bradley says: “I’ve been excited to release ‘Problems’ since the day we recorded it. It’s personally my favourite song on the record—the track means something more to me, it’s one of the more introspective songs that I’ve written for Parker.”

The latest offering follows on from debut single ‘Never Miss’ which is out now on all good DSPs, alongside a video in homage to 80s and 90s action film classics and vintage MTV videos from the greats of rock and roll.
Fresh from an appearance at Wonk Unit’s Wonk Fest in London, the band will be touring extensively throughout the summer and autumn in support of the single on a recently announced run of September 2022 UK tour dates with The Last Mile and festival appearances, including a support slot with Fighting With Wire (see below for full listings).
Already garnering a swathe of support from Irish press for their debut single ‘Never Miss’ at The Sunday Life, Across The Line, BBC Radio Ulster / BBC Radio Foyle, Chord Blossom, Ireland Live and more, they also caught the ears of alternative tastemakers at Bring The Noise UK, Punktuation Magazine, The Punk Site, Maximum Volume, The AU Review and Scene Point Blank.
In January 2022 Parker entered the studio to begin recording their debut album with producer Cahir O’Doherty and engineer Allan McGreevy (New Pagans, The Rupture Dogs), with further details of the album and new music announced later this year.
