TWINNIE – ‘GIRL IN YOUR SONGS’
Twinnie delivers new music with the anthemic ‘Girl In Your Songs’ about her short-lived romance with a rockstar out now. Listen HERE.
Not one to kiss and tell, Twinnie never names the man who inspired this sure-fire hit but she has teased that the song he wrote about their relationship hit number 1, so can her response do the same? There’s never been a British female to have a American country #1 could she be the first?! Recently going viral on TikTok It definitely has the potential, so it’ll be an interesting release campaign.
‘Girl In Your Songs’ has been cleverly written by the English singer/songwriter who showcases the strength in her lyrical ability with words that roll easily off the tongue intertwined with an earworm of a chorus that will have fans in full voice, especially during festival season.
Speaking about the single, Twinnie says: “I love this song, and I’m so happy to have it on the EP. We’re coming out of the sad girl era and I think this one gives a glimpse of what’s to come. This was a romance that didn’t last for me, but I’m sure he can’t help but think of me when he hears it, haha”.
DARREN KIELY – FROM THE DARK
Irish prodigy Darren Kiely releases his sophomore EP, From The Dark (LISTEN HERE). Produced by David Baron and featuring co-writes from Ryan Hurd, Teddy Reimer, Daniel Tashian, Joe Fox, Geoff Warburton, Jon Hume, and Gabe Simon, Kiely takes his craft to new heights as he explores the harsh realities that come with growing up and moving on.
“This collection of songs was written from a darker place—one where there was not a lot of hope and where I was searching for the smallest bit of that hope in different things. It is not as hopeful as some of my previous releases in the sense that I really tried to capture or describe the moments where hope is the very faintest thing in the distance,” says Kiely.
Featuring the previously released tracks “Slow Decay” and “Say I,” the six-song collection of new music evokes quite a range of emotions from the pop/folk singer-songwriter and allows the listeners to experience his inner dialogue first-hand as the EP progresses.
