RETT MADISON – ONE FOR JACKIE

With the inclusion of four additional tracks, she has effectively assembled the definitive vision of the LP. Among the new music, One More For Jackie boasts the single “Head On,” which she originally recorded during the One For Jackie sessions. Underpinned by evocative instrumentation and Rett’s eloquent songcraft, it embodies the emotional nuances and sonic dynamics of her inimitable approach. She also has unveiled a studio performance video of “Head On,” which places her passionate delivery at the forefront.

JAKE ISAAC – BENJAMIN

The old maxim that the more you put into something the more you get back rings especially true for Jake Isaac and his brand new album ‘BENJAMIN’. The album sees him daring to confront the big issues in his life that really matter – family, faith, heritage, hope, love and a whole lot more – all channelled with a searing voice of soul sophistication and powered by a gospel heart. Its singles ‘GOOD MAN’, ‘BLACK OR WHITE’ and ‘EVER YOURS’ have all been playlisted at Radio 2, making today’s release of ‘BENJAMIN’ a landmark moment in his career. Listen HERE.

Jake says, “I feel like deep down I’ve waited a long time to make this album. An album that truly reflects my musical upbringing and other dynamics in my life that go beyond just the topic of romance.”

The album’s new focus track ‘23’ is representative of the deep soul-searching that Jake delves into throughout the set. Despite its hymnal warmth, there’s a quiet intensity to the song as Jake interprets what Psalm 23 means to him in the present day. And while it’s a question of faith, it’s a broader issue than just that – one that’s innately connected to everything significant within his life.

SARAH KLANG – OTHER GIRLS

Acclaimed Swedish artist Sarah Klang announces her new album, Beautiful Woman, will be released February 7, 2025. Produced by Eric D. Johnson (Fruit Bats, Bonny Light Horseman), the songs on Beautiful Woman are an expansive exploration through womanhood in all of its complicated beauty. Klang has also announced a 2025 Beautiful Woman headline tour across Europe/UK, starting February 26th in Stockholm, SE at Fållan through May 2 in Berlin, DE at Lido and includes Metronome in London on 29th April. Pre-save Beautiful Woman HERE.

With this news, Sarah shares her bittersweet single “Other Girls,” a nostalgic trip back to the early aughts – a time when pop culture’s obsession with women’s bodies was at its peak just as a young Klang was entering puberty.

B*WITCHED – MULTIPLY

It’s been a while since B*Witched first powered into the charts with their winning combination of mega-fun pop, Irish charm and double-denim, but there’s still a whole lotta love for twin sisters Edele and Keavy Lynch, Lindsay Armaou and Sinéad O’Carroll. They launched their recent EP ‘Ripped Jeans’ with a special surprise performance at Radio 2 in the Park where a guest appearance from Rylan provided another astonishing moment.

Now B*Witched continue their return to the spotlight with the new single ‘Multiply’. Listen HERE.

‘Multiply’ shows that B*Witched have taken the super addictive pop quality that they were first known for and blasted it into the current era. Tight, syncopated disco bass, zesty beats and surging synth sounds set the tone, but it is B*Witched’s vocal harmonies that provide the song’s enchanting atmosphere, with the empowering message to a love interest that their connection is most exciting when it remains casual.

MAYA DELILAH – BEGIN AGAIN

London-based singer-songwriter and guitarist Maya Delilah today returns with her new single ‘Begin Again’, Listen Here

Speaking about her new single, she explains “It’s about things starting and ending: ‘another day, another end, oh we begin again.’ I’ve experienced a lot of ends in my life as many have, whether that’s friendships and relationships coming to an end or losing loved ones, so this song feels like a reminder to myself and to you to take it slow and that things feel a lot bigger than they are in the moment. It felt only right to have a big emotional guitar solo to fill half the song as everything I wanted to lyrically say had been said.”

Listed on the Fender ‘Next Class of 2024’ this April, a huge co-sign from the guitar brand she’s been playing since age eight, and with more music to come in the following months, Maya Delilah is definitely one to watch for 2025.

LINKIN PARK – OVER EACH OTHER

LINKIN PARK reveal emotionally-charged new music entitled “Over Each Other.” Listen HERE.

This time around, the song revolves around a striking, soulful, and soaring solo vocal from Emily Armstrong. Icy keys flicker over a glitchy beat backed by guitar as her voice rings out on the refrain, “All we are is talking over each other.” The cinematic video – directed by Joe Hahn and shot on location in Seoul – follows the intense dramatic arc of a relationship literally about to crash, capturing the turbulent emotional ebb and flow of the track itself. “Over Each Other” precedes the much-anticipated arrival of LINKIN PARK’s first album since 2017, FROM ZERO, on November 15. Pre-order/Pre-save HERE

In other big news, LINKIN PARK will notably headline the third annual installment of Sick New World at Las Vegas Festival Grounds with Metallica on April 12, 2025 in Las Vegas, NV. Tickets are available HERE. Shortly after, LINKIN PARK will join a cohort of A-list headliners for Sonic Temple Art & Music Festival at Historic Crew Stadium in Columbus, OH on May 8-11. They close out the festival on Saturday night May 10, 2025. Tickets will be available HERE.

ANDREW SPICE – RAGE STAGE

Making a comeback after 21 years away is quite the obstacle for any artist, but Andrew Spice is navigating that challenge with aplomb. Andrew Spice’s 2.0 era gains traction with his new single ‘Rage Stage’. Listen HERE

‘Rage Stage’ finds Andrew placing a friend-turned-foe in his crosshairs and vowing to turn the situation to his advantage. His voice shakes with whispered menace and caustic snarls in a song of sweeping gothic pop balladry as he fires off an array of relationship-wrecking resentment for the other’s abominable personality flaws. They “include, but are not limited to, keeping up with the Joneses, and I learned that’s incompatible with my trauma and queerness.” While revenge may well be sweet, the essence of the song is instead that vitriolic anger is a healthy and natural emotion in the face of utter betrayal.

Andrew says, “‘Rage Stage’ is about embracing fury as a part of grief. When I was navigating the trauma that this song is about, my initial emotion was a very vulnerable sadness. However, this quickly hardened into wrath. This song channels the intensity of that experience, and is a lyrical evisceration of an enemy.”

LUTHER VANDROSS – MICHELLE/strong>

As excitement continues to build for the theatrical premiere of the documentary feature Luther: Never Too Much beginning November 1, today Epic Records and Legacy Recordings, the catalog division of Sony Music, announce the release of Luther’s never-before-heard soulful rendition of The Beatles’ “Michelle.” The song will be one of many included on Never Too Much: Greatest Hits, a new compilation of music by the incomparable Luther Vandross, out December 13. Click here to listen/download “Michelle,” pre-order the album on vinyl, CD, and pre-save at digital service providers.

Details surrounding Luther’s recording of “Michelle” remain a mystery. Amidst a vast collection of Vandross’ music recordings and videos, Luther’s longtime friend and background vocalist, Fonzi Thornton, discovered the cassette simply labeled “Luther Vandross Michelle 6/1/89.” No additional information regarding the recording, including location or session players, has been uncovered to date.

WILLIE NELSON – LOST CAUSE

Legacy Recordings, the catalog division of Sony Music Entertainment, today released the third track from Willie Nelson’s anticipated new studio album Last Leaf on the Tree. His 76th solo studio album and 153rd album overall, the album was produced by his son Micah and finds Nelson covering an eclectic collection of songs by rock legends, idiosyncratic singer songwriters, alt-rock heroes, and indie folk artists, as well as a new recording of Willie’s 1967 song, “The Ghost,” and a new composition by Willie and Micah Nelson.

The album’s third spotlight track – Willie’s rendition of Beck’s “Lost Cause” – is available on all DSPs today.

Taken from the Grammy-winning musician’s 2002 album Sea Change, the song was one of several Beck tunes they considered. “This one’s really like a country song in a way,” Micah says. “It’s this relationship gone south, and just reconciling with all that. It’s a very clear narrative country song, but it’s kind of psychedelic, too.” Upon hearing this new cover of his song, Beck remarked that “Willie’s songs have been my companions for most of my life. I’ve been lucky to get to hang out and sing with him on several occasions over the years,” adding, “There’s no one like him in music and it’s the greatest honor to have him record this song.”

DAMIANO DAVID – BORN WITH A BROKEN HEART

Damiano David has today released his vibrant new single Born With A Broken Heart, the second offering, and first single, from his highly anticipated new solo project. Listen HERE.

Damiano says, “When I wrote this song I was getting out of a very dark place, I was feeling emotionless and I was afraid that I had lost my ability to feel things, either good or bad. This was happening while I was starting the most meaningful relationship of my life and the fear of not being capable or ready was big. I think the song was a way to make myself make sense of what I was feeling and look at it from a less scary prospective. I’m happy to say that today I don’t feel like this but I think a lot of people can relate with the feeling of not being good enough.”

The latest track is an uplifting, effervescent gem fizzing with energy, deliciously juxtaposed with the poignant and emotionally resonant lyrics. Despite coming from a difficult, personal and often dark period of his life, the song boasts an anthemic quality with synth led melodies and a hook laden chorus that truly announces Damiano as a solo artist for the global stage.
