With Summer just around the corner and some decent weather finally hitting the UK, it’s time for gig-goers to leave the confines of the theatres and clubs and head out to a few decent outdoor gigs and festivals. Aintree Racecourse is one particular location that, in recent years has always had a good schedule of Spring/Summer gigs and 2019 looks to be no different. Kicking off the season was none other than ska legends Madness who arrived at a packed Aintree Racecourse full of fans who had spent an enjoyable day at the races. Donning his fez for a couple hours, our photographer Graham Finney joined the masses as Suggs and Co packed in as many hits as they could and while there was the odd spot of rain, it wasn’t enough to put off the fans from busting out the moves to hits like One Step Beyond.
