Chicago-born R&B/soul artist, itoldLexi has returned with her brand new single, Time. Teaming up once again with long-time collaborator and producer Ronavella who is now known by her new electronic production alias, BLØØM.khz, the reflective track hears Lexi’s raw yet angelic vocal talent. Listen here.

Lexi has explained, “As the end of each year rolls around, I’m reminded of how quickly time passes and how much things change. With every year, I find myself craving stability more than ever, especially when everything feels overwhelming. People always say change is good, but I need more time to process it all, to find my footing. Time is about learning to accept my feelings and trusting that, no matter how much changes, I’ll find my way. Releasing Time as the last song of 2024 feels just right – marking the passage of another year while embracing the unknown.”

In celebration of the release of Time, Lexi will play STEREO in Covent Garden tonight. She will play a set as part of Jamm Junction, which will see other rising stars perform. Tickets can be found here. The songstress last week supported Canadian singer/songwriter, Luna Ella.

Earlier this year, London-based itoldLexi played a headline show at the historic Troubadour in Earl’s Court. Last year, Lexi headlined several shows in London, including at 93 Feet East and Piano Smithfield, where not only did she perform live, but was also joined by BLØØM.khz, who carried out a guided talk. This covered Lexi’s songwriting process, some of the messaging in her music and tying in her experiences as a female Black artist, in the music industry today.
