Featuring her beautifully haunting single ‘White Flag’, the epic ‘Brace Yourself’ and the eerily captivating acoustic number ‘Hotel’, Cause For Concern is the work of one of the UK’s finest and brightest young talents. Alongside the EP Ashaine has released the stunningly raw video (directed by Adam Scarborough) for the EPs soaring lead track ‘All My Wrongs’. Watch the video below.
“‘Cause for Concern’ for me is a lot more introspective and angsty than my previous work,” Ashaine said about the release. “It’s thinking about internal processes, my experience of life growing up and healing my inner child through this process. Realising and understanding that sometimes you have to just sit and surrender to your feelings, but also that you have to think about the effect that can have on others. The title encompasses that, it’s tongue in cheek, but dramatic and real.”
Following a sold-out date at Paper Dress Vintage earlier this year and a magical show supporting Corinne Bailey Rae as support at her Somerset House show in London, Ashaine has announced a new headline date at London’s Colours on November 23rd 2024. Tickets are available HERE.
