Battle of the Bands
Y Not has always had a burning passion for music discovery and has been proud to support emerging talent in the music industry over the years. The Battle of the Bands event is an extension of this, collaborating with Y Not’s local audience and focusing on the local talent that roam the nearby regions of Derbyshire. Its purpose is to give the hard working talent a platform in their local community which will in turn earn the winner a coveted slot at the festival, helping to well and truly amp up their fan base and support them along their journey.
The winners of this year’s Battle of the Bands will be on the same lineup as: STEREOPHONICS, COURTEENERS, BLOSSOMS, MANIC STREET PREACHERS, NOTHING BUT THIEVES, THE VACCINES. Y Not is honoured to be working with their local community and to be able to present this huge opportunity to the winner of this year’s Battle of the bands.
Vote For Your Favourite Act for a Chance to WIN 2 x VIP Tickets to Y Not 2022
The audience will be able to scan a QR code on the day of the event which will take them to a digital voting system where they will log their vote for their favourite act of the day. QR codes will be available at various points on the site of the event. Everyone who places a vote will be entered into a competition to win 2 x VIP tickets to Y Not 2022, all entrants have to do is enter their email address to enter the competition.
