The next eighteen months look like being extremely busy for British pop star Kim Wilde. 2025 will see Kim hit the road for a run of dates in support of her new album ‘Closer’, her new album due in the first few weeks of 2025

The album, the follow-up to 2018’s ‘Here Come The Aliens’ hit album and the sequel to her 1988 hit album ‘Close’, is again co-written with her brother, Ricky, a partnership which, throughout her career, has spawned a mass of hit singles.

Following the release of the album, Kim Wilde kicks off 2025 with a full UK headline tour where she will not only play the legendary ‘Close’ album in full, but also tracks from her new album and a selection of her biggest hits.

Having already released a teaser of the album in the form of recent single “Trail of Destruction”, TotalNtertainment sat down with Kim to chat about the album, her career, and how ‘Closer’ promises to be a pop album that her fans will truly love.
