After nearly five decades in the business, legendary singer Alexander O’Neal heads out on his Time to Say Goodbye: Farewell World Tour. The beloved soul star is hitting the road one final time, with a farewell UK tour that comes to The Bridgewater Hall in Manchester on the 14th September and culminates when he will walk onto the stage at the historic Royal Albert Hall for his final ever live performance on the 7th June 2024.
Time to Say Goodbye will take the audience on a wonderful journey through his incredible career with never-before-seen-photos, testimonies and tributes, all set to the tune of some of Alex’s most beloved songs from his legendary catalogue including “Criticize,” “Fake” and “If You Were Here Tonight.” Accompanied by his exemplary 9-piece live band, there won’t be a dry eye in the house as audiences come together to celebrate the legacy of Alexander O’Neal.
The singer announced the news of the tour with the following statement on his social media:

After nearly five decades in the business, it is with great excitement that I am announcing the first dates for my Farewell World Tour, titled “Time to Say Goodbye.” I’ll be hitting the road one final time, with farewell dates to extend around the globe until mid-2024.
Time to Say Goodbye will take the audience on a wonderful journey through my career with never-before-seen-photos, testimonies, and tributes, all set to the tune of some of my most iconic songs.
I’ve had an amazing career, and I’m so grateful to my fans for their unwavering support over the years. I’m excited to hit the road one last time, and give you a night you’ll never forget.
