Kerry Godliman is one of the UK’s most talented comedians around right now and she is on tour with her show Stick Or Twist. Her straight-talking brand of quick wit and bewilderment has been covering more of life’s anomalies in theatres up and down the country, since hitting the road in September 2017. Kerry will be looking at all the big issues of the day, including: Why is there a Buddha at the garden centre? Why does she collect her children’s teeth? And even though she can’t stand aubergines, why is that her favorite emoji? There’s so much to get sorted, especially when deciding whether to stick or twist.
Last autumn, Kerry starred alongside Jack Dee in the ITV sitcom Bad Move – and series two will hit screens later this year. Before this, she received critical acclaim for her role as Hannah in Ricky Gervais’ hit series Derek for Channel 4, and more recently starred in Christopher Guest’s feature film Mascots – as well as Sky’s family sitcom, Carters Get Rich. Kerry has notched up several appearances on BBC’s Live At The Apollo and is a regular on the esteemed BBC Radio 4 shows The News Quiz and Just A Minute, as well as having her own Radio 4 show Kerry’s List.
Kerry has also appeared in BBC’s Mock The Week, Jack Dee’s Referendum Helpdesk, Pointless Celebrities, Crackanory, Him and Her, Miranda, Getting On, Extras, Home Time, and Our Girl, and C4’s Bake Off: An Extra Slice, Comedy Gala and Spoons. She has also appeared in several stage plays, including England People Very Nice at the National Theatre.
